- 640z -Applesauce, plain
- 2 tsp - Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp - Nutmeg (preferably freshly grated)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide mixture into 10 individual storage containers and refrigerate until ready to serve.

As a society we have lost our way when it comes to healthy eating and preparing our own meals. We rely heavily on fast food chains and pre-made boxed meals as the means to feed ourselves.
