Sweet Corn Cake

  • 1 pkg Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/4 c butter melted
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 - 15oz can cream-style corn
  • 1 Egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In bowl, combine cornbread mix with melted butter. Add water, egg and can of cream style corn. Mix until ingredients are combined.

Pour mixture into a prepared 8x8 baking dish.

Bake, uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed.

Serve warm.
