- 6 oz cooked pulled pork
- Pre-made pizza crust
- 1/4 c barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c shredded smoked Gouda or mozzarella
- 3 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces
Top pizza crust with the barbecue sauce, cheese, pork, and scallions. Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake until golden and crisp, 10 to 12 minutes.
Cut into wedges and serve.
