- 1/4 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 1 tsp Creole seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 2 tsp olive oil
In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat for about 1 minute. Arrange chops in pan, and reduce heat to medium. Cook until pork chops are dark brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
